• Design and develop software for on-premises GPU-accelerated AI systems
   
• Build APIs, backend services, and deployment pipelines for large-scale models
   
• Work on model optimization (quantization, LoRA, fine-tuning) and inference acceleration
   
• Integrate offline LLMs with enterprise tools to create real-world, secure solutions
   
• Collaborate with hardware and operations teams to deliver full-stack systems
   

• Proficient in Python and one or more backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, etc.)
   
• Familiar with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and GPU compute basics (CUDA, Triton)
   
• Comfortable working with Linux environments, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
   
• Interested in model compression, fine-tuning, and on-device inference
   
• Self-driven, curious, and excited about working in an emerging tech domain
   
• Bonus points if you have experience with hardware integration, edge AI, or multi-GPU setups
